I have public Web Browser version 3 CEF. Version 3.03.9 when I go to a webpage requiring Macromedia Flash player 10.1 or higher I get this message

This Content requires the Macromedia Flash Player 10.1 or Higher.
In some cases this message me be displayed because JavaScript has been disabled within your browser. This site requires JavaScript to be enabled in order to access the training content.

I have tried this with Public Web Browser version 3 Ie version 3.03.9 and the webpage works fine.

I understand from some of the information that is out there is that this does not use chrome it just uses the engine so the question I have is how can I tell it to use the flashplayer and java installed on the computer, and not what is included in the engine.

The CEF engine will attempt to use the version of Flash installed on the computer.

What is the URL of the site that is exhibiting the issue?

Try re-installing the newest version of Flash.
