Any other solutions? Restarting the PC isn't a viable one.

When a patron logs onto their catalog account and does a search the logon name still appears after they logout when the back button/forward buttons are selected.

DisableFileDownload is already set to False and Limits are blank.

I set DebugAccessString=True. The only pop-up was "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact...." Did not get any pop-up dialog with any URL being denied.
