Yet another anomaly... at one library, there are catalog stations with windows xp pro sp2, ie6 and pwb v. 2.10.7. Upon clicking the HOME button at the top, an hourglass appears, and pwb crashes.

This does not occur on our test catalog machine, or in the first library where pwb was updated. We also ...

The end result of this was that Syndetics was able to remove the Print button from our profile. Not quite sure why the Print button did not show for Scott.

After you get to that page, select the Summary link. The window that opens is where the Print button is. Sorry for not being more clear.

Hello,

In our catalog, we give access to Syndetics content. With the first click, a window opens and provides links to the Summary, Cover Image, & Review content. If one clicks on the Summary link, another window opens up and there appears a PRINT button.

We managed to stop the Windows Print ...

We were running 2.0.4 as our default shell. I upgraded everything to 2.10.7 and I am now getting errors accessing files. Can you tell me what changed with the default shell to the new version?

Thanks for that info. We upgraded to 2.10.7 and the access.rtf dialog box now opens without a scroll bar. One minor detail, the dialog box opens and sits at the bottom of the screen. Any way to get the box to appear in the middle of the screen?

I have added individual urls to the url.txt file. That does not stop the empty window from appearing. It seems that the only problematic links are ones that have target=_blank and open new windows.

I made a change in the .ini file:

[SecondWindow]
OpeninParentWindow=True

This appears to have stopped the empty window problem.
