Doesn't appear to be inetcomm.dll
But I did find the dll that would restore the MHT functionality.
Just for anyone else with the same problem in the future here it is.
It was MSOERT2.dll

Default Save Type
When patrons try to save a web page the default type is .mht I want to force html complete as the default save type. If they use .mht it generates an error at all times becauase apparently .mht needs outlook express which I removed it so craigslist email response links doesn't auto launch in outlook...

SI.com still crashing latest PWB
We have still had the same problem with PWB v2.10.3 SI still randomly crashes and I am thinking it may be caused by the advertisements on the site. They are constantly changing and if specific ones cause the crash, that would explain how random it is. I was wondering if anyone else has gotten si.com...

We haven't tried PWB v2.10.3, but had just upgraded 2.10.2 thinking that would solve the problem. If you think 2.10.3 will solve the problem, I guess it's worth a shot.
