URL.txt was not found.
Unfortunately that is not the case for me. Extensions are being shown, file is named correctly, but still not being found.
Edit to add: This is only when launched through the pinned default web browser icon. If I start it from the actual executable in the Program Files folder, all works well.

Modifying the toolbar
Is there a way to modify the toolbar structure to use two rows? I'd like to have a shell bar, but I'd like it to be on its own row so as not to need the >>.
