I've had more reports coming in - it has happened at studentLoans(dot)gov, losrios(dot)edu, and on the refugeforums(dot)com website. In two of the instances I was told that the patron had the PWB open multiple times; the rest are unknown.
I have not been able to duplicate the problem at all myself.

I've been told that it has happened with Google Maps, MapQuest, Sutter Health, etc. I have asked for a screenshot and more exact details from staff at the library branches, but so far I haven't gotten anything. I did get one comment that it had happened to one particular patron that had 3 or 4 PWB s...

Has anyone had trouble with your patrons trying to fill out forms on websites? I'm getting complaints that the keyboard stops working when trying to fill out forms, but it works elsewhere on the webpage or browser.

Yes, but I need to obtain a temporary library card number and a PIN so that you can log into the Freegal website. Please give me an hour or so to arrange that. I will then email you directly the info.

No, it doesn't work when you click a link in a Word document either - I did mention that in the email I had sent to you separately. SetPWB worked ok, but ManageIE doesn't work unless you are logged in with "administrator" credentials.

We will be using a new "PC reservation" system shortly and we wanted it to make it easier for patrons to open a second browser window, which is why a shortcut was desired on the Shellbar. The "Start In" path was already correct, so entering the full path to the Shellbar in the IN...

That resolved it by putting the exact path statement to the Shellbar folder in the INI! You might want to include the default full path in any future versions of the INI file.
