Sorry for the long delay in reply. We rebuilt our PWB.ini file and updated it to 2.1.0.7 (so it now the same version as everything else). After leaving it in place for a while, staff are still reporting that the issue exists. A restart of the machine seems to fix the problem "for a while ...

Valid point, we have been using the same ini file while replacing the .exe as updates come out. Its probably way past due for rebuilding it. That will be our next step unless there is a more straightforward solution ...
