Clear browser history?

I can't seem to find a way to clear browser history on exit. I've searched the INI file, but maybe I'm looking for the wrong terminology?

It seems to happen over time. I checked 1/2 our stations this morning, and none of them had the issue. Not sure what triggers it at this point?

tool bar icon size

Seemingly at random, our tool bar icons change size on their own. They will be too small to fill the space between the spacers, but if I set up an icon to stop/restart PWB, they reappear just fine.

We had this problem in the past, to work around it we set up a script that paused the PC for 10 ...

I managed to deal with the connection bar - any suggestions on keyboard shortcuts that can affect the local machine?

For example, Ctrl+ALt+Break puts the RDP session into a window, giving the user free reign to the local box.

PWB on Terminal Server

We are looking to deploy PWB on a terminal server, but I'm not sure what to look out for in the design? We're going to reuse old PCs as thin clients, but I'm not sure how to lock them down and pass commands such as Alt+Tab (which we allow) but still block Ctrl+Esc, and anything else that might allow ...

I didn't realize HideGUI and DisableWindowsGUI are different modules. Is there a way to overrride DisableWindowsGUI with a password? We try to stay away from the registry whenever possible, as I'm the only one here with that kind of technical knowledge.

No luck on any of that either, unfortunately. I'll just stick with the "not such a good idea" fix. The machines are locked down pretty well, I don't expect much trouble. Thanks for your input!

DisableWindowsGUI doesn't unhide taskbar/start button

DisableWindowsGUI works great, but when we use the proper Exitbrowser password we have configured, our start button/taskbar doesn't reappear. Am I missing something?

I actually did get PWBStop to work out for us, the only trouble I'm having with it would be thefact that it always brings up the "Unknown Publisher" dialog, and even when I uncheck "always ask before running this file", the dialog still returns. Is this a setting that has to be made in IE? I tried ...

Do you have the following set?

[Browser]
DisableCloseButton=False

If you want to show a close button on the Toolbar, enable the Shellbar, and copy a Shortcut to PWB Stop (available on our Download page) into the Shellbar folder.

[Browser]
ShowShellBar=True

[Files]
ShellbarFolder=C:\Path to ...

PWB no exit button

I can't seem to figure out which option I'm missing that will show the user an option to close PWB.

I have it set to restart on close, the idea is to clear the cache/history if the user so desires. My PWB.INI doesn't seem to have anything missing - can someone recommend the settings that I can ...
