Re: Secure Mode
Ok, thanks for that post, but why doesn't secure mode work? It says that it suppresses Ctrl-Alt-Del - this came from the pwbV3.pdf in the PWBv3cef download. Am I not understanding it correctly? SecureMode=False ○ Starts browser in secure mode. ■ Opens in alternate Windows Desktop. ■ No Start button,...

Re: Secure Mode
I'm using the cef version 3.05. I'm on a Windows 10 computer. I have set SecureMode=True and I'm also using Kioskmode=True. But it is allowing me to use Ctrl/Alt/Del to access the task manager and close out PWB. I would really like that to be disabled.

Remote Desktop & the kiosk exit
I use Remote Desktop to install and make adjustments to the ini files etc. We have a shortcut in the startup menu on the stations where we use PWB, so when I connect via remote desktop PWB is already launched and in kiosk mode. Ok, I've realized that I'll have to get special permission to have our generic login have access to a shared drive. Would it be possible to have the target go to a URL for the INI? I tried using /INI=\\http://www.dentonisd.org/51238713153155/lib/51238713153155/OPAC/Borman/PWB.INI at the end of the T...

Moving from freeware to v2
We have used the freeware version for a long time. This year we purchased a site license and I’m just now getting around to figuring out the differences so we can use it. I was reading through the documentation and I see the mention of changing the PWB command line. I think that will be great – I ca...

Dynamic images not appearing
In IE 6 the following URL displays dynamic buttons: http://www.youseemore.com/DentonISD/school.asp?schooltype=ms&branch=045 However, in PWB v.1 the four buttons in the center of the page are not displayed. Instead there is the "missing icon" red x and the ALT text displayed. When I mou...
