But, it's working fine in both IE and Chrome

I did, but it never goes through.

It's 3.0.4.1

In PWB, it's saying Flash is installed, but disabled.
But, in the plugins on Chrome, it's set for always allowed.

The normal user has no access to IE, so I haven't tested it on that login,
but I did test it logged in as an admin, and verified that it worked in IE 10, would not work in PWB.

Our users are experiencing an issue with Youtube on PWB. A video will start to play, but a few seconds in will suddenly change to static, with a message "An error has occurred" Youtube makes suggestions, but nothing seems to help. Youtube works fine on the installed IE10, with no problems....
