We have library users encountering an issue when they try to print a copy of their driving record from DPS. They get a message that says "Failed to load PDF Document".
It work fine in stand-alone Chrome (Version 42.0.2311.135), but the error message comes up on PWB v3.0.4.1.

it never installs.
But, it's working fine in both IE and Chrome

I did, but it never goes through.

It's 3.0.4.1

In PWB, it's saying Flash is installed, but disabled.
But, in the plugins on Chrome, it's set for always allowed.

We opened a new library, and set the PCs up to use PWB 3 CEF with Chrome Version 41.0.2272.89 m.
Users have been experiencing issues getting to http://yourtexasbenefits.com, among other places.
It either does nothing, or tells them that they need to update Flash

The normal user has no access to IE, so I haven't tested it on that login,
but I did test it logged in as an admin, and verified that it worked in IE 10, would not work in PWB.

A video will start to play, but a few seconds in will suddenly change to static, with a message "An error has occurred"
Youtube makes suggestions, but nothing seems to help.

At our library, patrons can go to TurboTax.com, but when they try to log in, PWB freezes.
I have added the line saying "IEBrowserEmulation=10000" to the ini file, and at first, it worked, but suddenly, it's stopped.
We changed it to 10001, but still nothing.
If I log in as an admin, and log into ...

None at all.
we're tracking it down as a possible issue in our group policy.
