I am having a new issue with SAP that has been working fine within PWB published browser.
Today, whenever users are trying to launch they are getting a "Save File" dialog box and then the file is saved but not launched.
If I duplicate this behavior in full blown Chrome browser, I get the File ...

I'm trying to configure this on Windows 10.
If I launch IE on Windows 10 and go to the same website (not with PWB) I am not able to get the videos to play. Nothing happens.
However if I launch the site with Microsoft Edge, the video will play.
So since the videos won't play in IE, doing the steps ...

I have the latest version of Chrome installed.
