Thanks for responding, Scott. However, the issue here is obvious: TMail does not show up in the list of Default programs, so there is no means to set it as the default program for anything. Theres' a tool mentioned in the link you provided (Default Programs Editor), but it too does NOT create a mail...

Is there any known means of making Tmail the default Mail Client on Windows 7? This would be especially useful for a public access workstation, in order handle "mailto:" requests in PWB, MSIE 9 or 10...

Does autorestart.exe work with Windows 7? So far, it does not work here. Very useful program, and if it's not Windows 7 compatible, will leave me grasping to figure out a way to force an OPAC kiosk to reload the browser without it...

MSIE 7's Tabbed Browsing?
Testing PWB 2.10 with MSIE7... finding that the tabbed browsing doesn't appear to be available within MSIE 7. Will this be made available at some point, or is there some way to turn it on?
