Both. It was 2.09 first, but when that didn't work, I went back to the original image and tried with 2.10. If it helps, the system had Windows Patched and McAfee Virus Scan. Nothing else.

I installed it for everyone. I installed it for everyone. When I tried to launch it from the user account, the windows installer strted up again and failed. I got around the issue by giving the account admin rights and taking them away after installation, but I don't think that was a real solution.

PWB only runs when logged in as an administrator

When I try running pwb 2.10 under an account with standard user rights, the pwb installer startsup and fails. How do I get around this without giving the account admin rights? I have installed this on Windows XP before and have never had this issue.
