That did the trick!
Working on 5 out of 6 machines tested. I think the one that it didn't work on just needs a flash update for real.
Thanks Scott.

Re: Foodhandlers site
Finally got a day to run some tests. I tried versions 2.11.6, 2.11.7, 2.11.9. I tried the x64 and x86 versions. I tried copying the .exe file and I tried full installs. Nothing seems to work. I even checked with version 2.10 and it still did not recognize Flash and asked for an upgrade. Some other t...

Foodhandlers site
We are currently having a problem with https://www.foodworkercard.wa.gov/index.html The machines are Windows 7 using IE 11.0.9600.16428CO and PWB v2.11.7 and Flash 11.9.900.170. The site still insists that we upgrade Flash. When I access the site using just IE, it loads fine, only through PWB does i...

Re: Sharing violation with URL.txt
Wow.. I know this is really a long time since I started this thread, but I wanted to post what the solution was. Since it was a minor problem, it had set on the back burner for this long. Seems what the problem was is that we have the url.txt file copied to our ERS stations each time they log on. On...

More problems with mail.com
I'm learning to hate this site. So mail.com did something over the weekend and we now get this result on our v2.11 XP machines. If you try to compose an email the entire page basically becomes a button that if you click it opens a dialog box prompting you to "Select a File to upload by images.g...

Worked great on my test machine. A question though. Since we will need to upgrade around 50 machines I was thinking of just copying over the new PWB.exe file on the test machine and an updated pwb.ini file to the other machines we need upgraded. A quick test showed no problems resulting from this, i...

Windows 7 and mail.com
I'm using PWB v. 2.10.9 on a Win7 machine with IE 8. After logging into www.mail.com I can compose an email with no problem using text, but if I go into the preferences and switch over to: When Composing: Always use HTML-Email The page freezes. If using HTML mode is on when I log in, things are fine...

Favorites not showing
Hi, We are currently building up an image for our new Internet machines using Windows 7 and IE8. The favorites folder is in the same folder as the PWB executable. c:\Program Files (x86)\TeamSoftware Solutions\Public Web Browser v2 When we run PWB none of the favorites show up though. The pwb.ini fil...

Sharing violation with URL.txt
Lately, if our public machines are rebooted PWB will give this error:
"Encountered a sharing violation while accessing URL.txt."
PWB will not open until this box is closed. After that, it runs fine. ntil it is booted again.
