Scott, We had to make an additional change on our end to get this to work. Here's my notes: 1) In IE: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Security Check the box: "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" Click "OK" to save change. 2) In Hotmail, when logging in, uncheck the box lab...

Focus issue?

I'm not sure if this can be fixed by PWB but I'll throw it out in case someone has a solution. Our OPACs connect to a Terminal Server using MS's Remote Desktop Connection app. The OPACs run the RDC as shell and connect to the server in full screen mode. We've configured it with an automatic login an...

AOL Problems

I'm trying to determine if this is an issue with PWB or something else on my PC. I'm running PWB 2.06 on Windows 2000. On one PC running PWB, when users try to access their AOL accounts via AOL's web site, it fails to log them in. Typically, it leaves them at a white screen. On other PCs running PWB...

Page Setup settings

Is there a way to have the Page Setup settings reset after the browser is closed? We have patrons who change them to remove the date/time stamp, etc. I don't think we want them locked out completely but we would like them to revert to the original settings when the browser is restarted.

Check to make sure that you are including all of the domains that the site uses. You may need to contact their technical support so that they can give you all of that info.
