PWB.EXE Application Error

I'm receiving an application error message that says:

"The instruction at "0x00414a1d" referenced memory at "0x0000001c". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program."

Is this a virus that's attacking a thin client or we need to update the patch?

The memory could not be read is a generic error. Please provide more information.

What version of Windows does the Thin Client use?

What version of Windows does the Terminal Server use?

What version of Internet Explorer is the base for PWB?

What verison of PWB are you using?

How are you implementing PWB, as a published application through Citrix, on the Thin Client with embedded XP?

Are you using full paths in the PWB INI files section?
