Shellbar trouble

I have a shortcut to a DOS batch file in my shell folder. I found an .ico file to use and assigned it to the shortcut and the shortbut in the folder uses that icon but when I run PWB there is no icon. The batch file runs correctly.

What's with that?

Check the permissions of the icon file to ensure the user has at least read permissions to it.
