Internet Explorer bookmarks

I have a little problem that I am hoping that someone can help me with. I work in a library in which we have public terminals setup for patrons to use. These machines have MS Office as well as Internet access so I must give each user acces to the A: drive. The problem is that when a patron brings in a disk from home that has IE bookmarks saved on it and they acces these bookmarks, IE opens up instead of PWB. Is there a way in which I can have PWB open instead of IE in this case. I tried changing the file types for all html files to use PWB but this did not seem to work. Any help would be great.

You should be able to use SetPWB to set PWb as the default browser.

The ManageIE tool will also help to acomplish this - any IE window that opens will be automatically closed.
