AOL mail

When our users go to aol.com, click on mail, logon and then open a message, in a few seconds (maybe 20) that window closes. If you minimize that window and open other windows they will close also. We are not using the inactivity timer.

Are you using Second Window Close Children on Close? This setting can cause this type of unexpected behavior.

Yes I am but wouldn't I usually want that?

I tested it and changing that setting did not fix the AOL problem.

We release PWB v2.09.1 today which includes some changes that affect how pop-ups are closed. Upgrading to this version may fix the problem.

Unfortunately we do not have an AOL account to check the problem.
