PWB running but window not appearing.

If you are having trouble with PWB running but the PWB window not appearing, set the following in your INI file.

[Browser]
...
SaveWindowPosition=False
...

The problem is when first running PWB and the windows posistion in not set, PWB may locate off the screen. When exiting the window posistion is saved off screen and it will reopen off screen. To correct this, set the SaveWindowsPosistion to false. This will allow PWB to open normally, and when it exits it will save the on screen posistion. Now you can safely set the save window posistion to true.

This is corrected in PWB v2.10.
