Why doesn't the URL filter work by just putting +Syndetics in the URL file?

Syndetics uses a two step process.

Syndetics opens a window "About:Blank" just before browsing to their site, so adding "About:Blank" to the URL list fixes the first portion of the problem.

Interestingly enough, Syndetics is accessing the IP "206.103.32.79" directly to get information. This is not in your URL file so PWB was not allowing the new window, and the web page could not find the new window to control causing the script error. Adding "206.103.32.79" to the list fixes the second half.
