Simple Editor

Post by jqjansse »

Hi,

I am looking for a TeamSoftware Solutions Editor version (or lookalike) that, apart from the floppy drive, also allows access to a USB memory stick (drive E).

Is it possible to patch the current TSS Editor v. 1.06 to accomplish that? It would be nice if a list of drives (accessible or restricted) could be specified.

Thanks in advance for any response.

Jan.

The Simple Editor was written using Visual Basic which are no longer developing with. However if you do not mind waiting we can probably re-develop the editor and include the functionality you need.

Here is the new Secure Word Pad beta.
http://www.teamsoftwaresolutions.com/beta/sWordPad.zip

This is the base of a secure text editor, we will be adding other functionality, such as the ability to remove buttons, in the near future.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

P.S. Did you know, you can use the following in a logon script with the Simple Editor to redirect saving to a different drive.
