PWB V1.2.8.7 not closing

I am running IE6 sp1 on a standalone Win2k server and testing locally.
When the "X" button is clicked, PWB does not close.
Clicking the button is clicked a second time, I get the "Terminate Now" pop-up.
Why is PWB not terminating smoothly

Do you have disable exit set to true?
