PWB on Terminal Server

Post by caustic386 »

We are looking to deploy PWB on a terminal server, but I'm not sure what to look out for in the design? We're going to reuse old PCs as thin clients, but I'm not sure how to lock them down and pass commands such as Alt+Tab (which we allow) but still block Ctrl+Esc, and anything else that might allow the user to switch away from the RDP window.

Is there a recommended way to get rid of the connection bar at the top?

I managed to deal with the connection bar - any suggestions on keyboard shortcuts that can affect the local machine?

For example, Ctrl+ALt+Break puts the RDP session into a window, giving the user free reign to the local box.

We may be able to modify HideGUI to disable some of the key combinations, but you may be better off running PWB directly from the computer as opposed to adding a terminal server into the stack.
