Adding Text to kiosk bar

Is there a way to add text where the icons are on the kiosk bar? I wanted something on the bottom right and left saying "For Technical Support Please Contact...."

Also is there a way to get the loading animation on the bottom too?

You could move the PWB toolbar to the bottom.

[Toolbars]
AlignBottom=True

Otherwise there is currently no functionality to add text or the animation to the kioskbar.
