IE 6 patch?

Hello,
We are running PWB 1.28 (we will upgrade at some point) over IE 6 on our public PCs. Question: if PWB is the only browser available to the public, do I need to download and install the Cumulative IE 6 patch q828750 that Microsoft says is a critical update? Please respond ASAP. PWB relies fully on IE for all of the We Browsing functionality. You should install the patches.
