CloudFlare - Human Verification produces an Error

Hi

DOes anyone know a work around for cloudflare human verification. It produces an error message that I cant seem to find a work around.

The error can be reproduced I know at the following

then clicking the filter link for audiobooks (word not the checkbox)

https://kzpl.ent.sirsi.net/client/en_US ... lm=ALLLIBS
then clicking the filter link on the left for microform (word not the checkbox)

I suspect this true for all instances of SirsiDynix Enterprise. ALso suspect it is true for any CLoudflare verification prompts. I also suspect that it is a timing thing. Any and all help would be very much appreciated.

What version of PWB are you using including the HTML renderer and minor revision number, for example "3.20.05 EDGE"?

PWB version 3.20.06 RC3 Edge (Release Candidate 3) now available on the Beta downloads page fixes the issue with Cloudflare.

Thanks, I can confirm that PWB version 3.20.06 RC3 Edge (Release Candidate 3) (x64) does in fact fix the issue with Cloudflare. Thanks again for the help

I am experiencing this same issue. How do I resolve?

What is the URL that is having the issue?

If you navigate to the same URL using Edge on the computer logged in as the same account that is running PWB does the issue persist?

It does work in Edge. I played around further and it works if I go directly to the Sirsi catalog and search

It does not work in PWB when I search for a catalog item directly from the search box on our homepage at

https://www.normalpl.org/

Add the following to your INI file.

[Browser]
DisablePWBUserAgent=True

Apparently Cloudflare does not like having "PWB" in the User Agent String. This will be defaulted to TRUE in the next version of PWB.
