2.10.7 and no digital signature

I'm trying to run 2.10.7 on Windows 2003 server (for RDP sessions). I normally just copy the EXE into my location where PWB is installed on the server and everything works fine. With 2.10.7, Server 2003 (with SP 2 installed) puts up a message about a lack of digital signature and prompts me to OK running PWB. Even if I uncheck the box that says "ask me each time", the prompt still appears each time PWB loads. Any workarounds or fixes for this?

When you download an EXE from the Internet onto an NTFS partition the file is marked as such. Usually copying the file to a FAT partition such as a memory stick, or onto a network share, and then back will remove the restriction.

Thanks. I may also try the fix of running on the server first before having the remote clients launch it.
