A new app was introduced to our 2.10.3 PWB environment. It uses a lot of javascript and at one point tries to open a new window, resize it, and populate it.
On IE 6, this all works properly. The window opens (postage stamp size), repositions, resizes, and populates.
On PWB on the same machine, the window opens, but it stays small and in one corner of the screen. You can see it populate. When you manually resize/reposition the window, you can see the content but it is not 'active' (cursor remains an hourglass and you can't select anything within the window). Only thing you can do is close the window with the 'X'.
Problem has been reproduced on many machines (IE6/XP SP3/PWB 2.10.3).
Upgrading to 2.10.9 and replacing our pwb.ini with the default pwb.ini doesn't change the behavior.
