I'm using PWB 3.03.4 and I can't get the toolbars to move. Setting the Grippers to True is supposed to show the dots in the toolbars, indicating that they can be moved, and they aren't. I can't reposition them and then set SaveState and RemoveStateOnClose until I can first reposition the toolbars. Also, The Address bar now goes off the deep end on the left side so the URL can't be seen.

Any ideas?

PWB version 3.03.5 is about ready to be release which addresses some toolbar issues.
