PWB and Youtube

Our users are experiencing an issue with Youtube on PWB.
A video will start to play, but a few seconds in will suddenly change to static, with a message "An error has occurred"
Youtube makes suggestions, but nothing seems to help.
Youtube works fine on the installed IE10, with no problems.
Has anyone else had this happen?

There have not been any reports.
All the HTML rendering for PWB is done in the currently installed version of IE on the computer. When testing make sure you are logged on as the same user that runs PWB to rule out any user specific IE settings.

Scott,
The normal user has no access to IE, so I haven't tested it on that login,
but I did test it logged in as an admin, and verified that it worked in IE 10, would not work in PWB.

several off the main page.
it happens even on the ads that play before the videos

Are you using the 64 bit version of PWB v3?

Try installing the newest version of Flash Player.
