Testing out latest version to update in our organization.

I'm having an issue with new tab. We have it as a button on the toolbar. When clicked it opens a new tab but does not load the new tab home page. Just remains blank and labels the tab: xn--2la1749aft6d

PWB is supposed to be opening the [Browser]TabHomePage or [Browser]HomePage if [Browser]TabHomePage is empty when the new tab button is clicked.

This has been fixed in PWB 3.05.14 now available on the Beta page.
