Has anyone else seen patrons bypassing PWB with this site? We've just had our first experience, and of course in a busy resort community with waiting lines for internet pcs, when someone can bypass the timer, it's a big deal to our users.

Apparently, the person logged in as usual, then went to the www.gotomypc.com site, which opened a new window, and for some reason that window doesn't conform to the PWB timer.

Anyone else seen this?

Is the new window a PWB window, or an IE window? You should be able to tell from the icon in the upper left hand corner.

If it is a PWB window, is the timer running in the main PWB window?
