Connection to webserver times out

we are using a licensed copy of PWBv2. We are using it to provide public access to our Horizon PAC webserver for inhouse catalog use. The default time out is 5 minutes to our webserver, http://dmzgates.ci.high-point.nc.us, so the catalog will reset itself after that amount of time of inactivity.

It seems when PWB sits for a period of time without activity the connection to the webserver times out. I get this error message:

HTTP ERROR: 404 Could not find resource for /404error.htm

If I refresh the page it works fine, but I want to use them in kiosk mode, thereby hiding all the toolbars, etc.

Is there a way to set PWB to refresh the page after X number of inactive minutes.

You could use the PWB Inactivity timer set to 5 minutes. It will not refresh the page, but you can have the timer browser to the home page.
