PWB temp internet files dir

Is it possible, using PWB v2-04, to change the Temporary Internet Files folder from it's default IE settings c:\documents and settings\%USERNAME%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ to c:\Windows\Temp. I would like to delete every temporary internet file using a VBscript while Windows starts up/shutdown. The machines are Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Thanks.

PWB uses the MS Internet Explorer Web Browser Control for all its Internet Browsing functionality. By changing where the IE temporary Internet files (TIF) are stored you will also move the PWB TIF.

Why not just use the ClearIECache utility found on the downloads page? I have it on some public workstations and my patrons know exactly what it does.
