Sometimes when a user tries to save something or browse they get an error about inserting a disk in a:\ and THEN they get the TDownload/ManageDL box. Do I have something set wrong that is triggering that message?
Also in some cases I get the error "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer" and then the dialog box opens up anyway. This is confusing for the users. Is there some way to fix that?
Thanks.

Some files such as Word documents need to download before they open. If you have the default drive set to A and there is not a disk in A then they will get the message about no disk in A.
Is the operation canceld dialog appear because of PWB, or because you have used Group Policies to set a run list?

That second error message seems to pop up here on our older machines when a patorn first tries to access a floppy disk - the operating system seems to not give the program enough time to read the disk, and instead of saying the drive isn't ready, it displays that error message - I believe the message is displayed because of other security settings, registry changes, policies, etc.
