Changing text size

When I click on View, then text Size and change it, nothing happens. How do I fix that?

What web page are you on when you try this? Not all web pages, or the text on the web pages, support this functionality. For example, try changing to the largest text size in Internet Explorer on this page, see nothing happens.

OK, I see that now. It turns out that what the patron was complaining about was actually the resolution of the display.
