Hi Scott,
We have set the default browser with SetPWB and we have also loaded ManageIE. We have an application called SciFinder Scholar that insists on trying to open IE whenever you want to view the full text of an article. Unfortuantely we pay a lot for this application so our reference librarians aren't happy with me telling them I don't think this can be fixed. Is there any way you know of to make hardcoded IE calls actually open PWB?
Also, it seems that ManageIE, once installed, applies to all users on that machine, including admins. Is there a way to make it function on a per user basis and also, what is the best way to uninstall it?
Thanks

Here is a newer version of ManageIE that can be disabled on a per user basis and includes a overrides list, configurable message boxes, and a function that will open the deafult browser to the denied URL.

According to the SciFinder Scholar it will work with both IE and NS, so it may not be hard coded to open IE, you may just have to change an association in the registry.
