Can I completely disable printing?

We do not allow patrons to print from our catalogs. We removed all the buttons but our more savy patrons use CRTL-P to bring up a print dialog box. Is there anyway to completely disable all printing?

Why not just remove the printers that are installed on those computers?

Disable the File Print, the Print Button and the Context menu Print item and it would be difficult for the patron to print anything.
