I have had several patrons mention that they cannot use the enter key to move down to a new line when composing an email in Hotmail. Nothing happens when they hit the enter key. But it seems to be sporadic. Does anyone have any ideas why this may be?

If you can't upgrade to the latest version of PWB for a while, tell the patrons to set the view within the Compose screen to Rich Text Editor OFF
there is a dropdown menu that says Tools in it. It's right above the compose text message box.
