Manly it is a bug fix, but it adds a few hidden features that will be in PWB v2.08.

Version 2.07.2 03-24-05

Fixed/Changed

Timer Actions are now non case sensitive.
Fixed Shellbar not launching applications properly.
History file now uses local date and time formats.
PWB resets file download permissions after exiting.
Fixed with address bar not filling when Clear Cache on Close = True.
Changed expired valid license 10 minute close to nag only.
Changed expiration of licnese from 365 to 366 days.

I don't know if you could consider this a bug but I've just installed the newest version of PWB and it takes forever to load our homepage. I have set the ClearCacheOnHome option to True. Here's the thing, when I log in as administrator i get a WIN32 error with the svchost.exe file as the culprit.

One thing that can make PWB load slow is if it is trying to access the Favorites and Shellbar shortcuts without having access to them. Check to make sure the user has at least read access to the Favorites and Shellbar folders and files.

Change the paths in the [Files] section of the INI file to full paths.

[Files]
...
CheckURLFile=C:\Path to file\URL.txt
CheckIPFile=C:\Path to file\IP.txt
...

Turn off the IP filter, you should be able to use the URL filter by itself for the filtering.

[Security]
...
CheckIPAccess=False
...

Send a copy of your URL and IP filter files, it may be possible to streamline them.

On my test system with minimal URL and IP filter files, PWb opens up quickly.

You are also missing some INI keys, use the INIUpdate utility available on the Download page to update your INI file.

I've tried the utility but it does not update anything. It says 0 files updated.
