Install of PWB v203r1 and Windows 2000

I am using Windows 2000 SP2. When I try to install PWB v203r1 I get the following error:

This installation package cannot be installed by the Windows installer service. You must install a Windows service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows Installer Service.

Any suggestions?

Have you installed service pack 3?

Use the Windows 9x/NT setup package, this as the MSI built in.

If you do not need the Start Menu icons, or can place them yourself, use the manual install.
