Allow Context Menu Despite GPO Setting????

If I have the context menu disabled in Group Policy, it seems to apply to PWB as well; is this the correct action? I only ask because other applications have the context menu enabled despite the GPO setting. We would like to have the context menu disabled in the GPO, but allow it in PWB.

Because PWB is using the Internet Explorer HTML rendering engine, the actual widow you see in PWB is the same one you see in IE. Turning off the context menu via the Group Policy will effect PWB in the same way it effects IE.
