URL slow to load in Address Bar

I've noticed that on our computers, PWB 2.09.3 doesn't load the URL in the Address Bar. Only after a page is substantially loaded does the URL appear. This is most noticeable the first time the browser is started in a session as there is no URL in the Address Bar until the home page loads. But I've noticed it on other pages as well. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

This is by design in PWB. When PWB was changing the address bar before navigation, there were complaints that if you canceled navigation the address bar would reflect the canceled page instead of the current page. This was change in PWB to change the address bar after the new page had been navigated to. This results in a slight lag when a page is slow to load, but seems to make more sense then the other way around.

If this is causing a problem, we can certainly look into it further. One suggestion would be to have PWB change the address bar before navigation and if the navigation was canceled to change it back.
