Hi, We are running PWB v2. We are occasionally getting grey boxes on our screen that look to be dialog boxes but don't display anything. When i try to log off the machine I get errors from two programs not responding. MSIMN.exe and AthenaInitWindow. When I search on these I find they are both related to Outlook Express being included with IE but no specific answers on how to stop it. Any ideas on why this is? Could it be becasue someone is trying to launch a mail window from within the browser?
Thanks!

alternatively,
If you don't want OE to open at all, go to windows explorer, and go to Tools --> folder options. Click the Files of Type tab and under Registered File Types scroll down until you see: URL:MailToProtocol. Highlight it, hit the Advanced tab. Within the Actions box you should see the word Open. Highlight it and click remove. Click ok and exit.
Now test it out and go to a webpage that has an email link and see if you get the message that 'no client is installed'.
Hope this helps - MUAHHAHAA
