no access vs. url

Hi,
We are replacing PWB1.28 with PWB2.04 and we have
some confusion concerning the URL.txt file. In the 1.28
version we have about 3000 entries plus keywords in the
"no access" list can you use, keywords in the URL.txt file
and do we have to put a minus sign in front of all 3000
entries? If we can not do this is there another way to
add keywords?

You can use the no access text file for the URL text file.

An easy way to convert the file is to use MS Word and replace all the "paragraphs" with "-paragraphs". Have MS Word show the paragraph markers, use the replace to replace the markers with a -markers.
