Disable Page Setup In Print Preview

I have noticed the previous postings regarding this issue and have tried the registry fix but it did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have searched all week and have not been able to find a solution. What is happening is that patrons are choosing something like letter size in the printer properties and then the printer will not work, it will ask to load letter size. The staff has to figure out which computer has this setting and change it. It causes a lot of headaches for the staff. They have requested the print preview to help cut down on people printing multiple times without realizing it. PWB is a great product and has really reduced my support time, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There must be some registry setting where the page size is being set for the printer. I will see if I can find a way to block the size from being reset.
