Hi,
The new version of autorestart, ver 1.0.1.0, has settings
called "use differential" and "history file". I don't see them listed
in the readme. I see they also show up as registry entries.
What are they used for?

The "use differential" takes a snap shot of before and after of the running processes. It can clear up problems with certain applications starting twice and should only be used if you are experiencing this type of problem.
The "history file" when set to a path to a text file will record what AutoRestart is doing. It is used mainly for trouble shooting purposes.
