Cannot save winword documents

I browse in the same windows a file .doc
When I try to save it, I get a message tha says that cannot save it because another program is using it.
What can i do?

Is the doc file local or on the web?

Both. I've tried with local and web files.

I've found that I don't have any problem when I set UseDropDown=True in SaveButton.
