Force links to open in "secondary" PWB window

Is there a way to force Start Menu and Desktop shortcuts (URLs) to open in a "secondary" PWB window? I have my main PWB window pinned to the desktop and configured as a URL and application launcher. But only PWB favorites and links within its webpage open in "secondary" windows. Desktop and Start Menu shortcuts always open in a new "main" PWB window. Please tell me there's a workaround for this...

If you set [Security] DisableSecondInstance=True, PWB will open a pop-up window for the new URL.

Thank you. That was the solution I was looking for.

I had dismissed that setting thinking it disabled secondary PWB windows. I didn't realize it pertained to second instances of the main PWB window.
